IFC Water Congress byder velkommen D. 6.-7. oktober byder på to dage med fuld fokus på håndtering af vand som en del af hi-messen i Herning, idet deltagelse én dag nu også er muligt. IFC Water Congress er klar til at byde mejerifolk og andre med interesse for vand i fødevareindustrien velkommen til årets kongres, som finder sted den 6. og 7. oktober 2021 i MCH Herning som en del af hi Tech & Industry Expo i Herning.

- Vi har justeret en smule i set-uppet, så man nu kan nøjes med at tilmelde sig én dag, hvilket de første nu har benyttet sig af, siger Isabel Sande Frandsen, programkoordinator. Temaet for kongressen er ”Vand i fødevareindustrien”, hvilket dækker over bæredygtig-

hed og cirkulære økonomidagsordener. Programkomitéen har udarbejdet et stærkt program, hvor blandt andre FrieslandCampina, Arla Foods Ingredients og Nestlé fortæller om deres nyeste tiltag indenfor optimering af vandforbrug.
