MOUNTIES FISHING CLUB
With the 2021-2022 season only just beginning we are in lockdown waiting for the restrictions to be lifted so that we can fish again. We look back on the fun times we had in the past year.
Our Inter-club competition with Bankstown Fishing Club was cancelled with the COVID-19 restrictions coming in to play. Our trips out have seen mixed species of fish being caught, perfect weather conditions with the odd unsettled ones and the occasional visit from dolphins and seals.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE 2021 SEASON:
● Inter-Club Competition Mounties Fishing Club has a standing competition between Bankstown Fishing Club. Unfortunately the Inter-Club competition was cancelled due to COVID-19, with the restrictions imposed we were unable to compete. Fingers crossed for next year where we can can come back stronger and ready for the fight to retain the Inter-club Title. A big thank you to the Bankstown Fishing Club for the continuing support of the friendly rivelry of the Inter Club Competition. CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS – 2020-21 SEASON
