epending on where you’re at with your healing journey, you would have gained valuable insight about yourself and learned from it.
Working closely with women for the last five years through coaching, mentoring, and teaching, I have seen hundreds upon hundreds of women who have grown and thrived from incredible life experiences. However, for whatever reason, they still doubt their worth, knowledge and experience. (See our last issue Imposter Syndrome for how other women have worked through this.) These incredible women weren’t able to see how resilient and courageous

they had been to become the truly inspirational people they are today. Instead, they dwelled on the negatives – what they hadn’t achieved or the pain they went through. Yet, as we worked together, they soon realise the value of their experiences, no matter how challenging. Her past helped shape her and made her wiser and stronger, with a passion for serving others.

Many are going through something similar to what you did and need the reassurance that they will get through it. They want to feel that they aren’t alone – as you most likely were.
