Social Practitioner, Jano Coetzee shed some light on this topic, “It's most apparent in the school system, one of our primary formsofsocialisation, whereinsteadofmeasuringifindividuals haveactuallylearned, learnersaresubjectedtothesameteaching conditions, andsubsequentlypraisedorcriticisedontheirability tolearnunderthosesetconditions, whichcompletelyignoresthe factofindividuallearningstylesandpace.”
