My name is Marleny Mancipe, I am a mother of 3 children; two of them are older and a 14-year-old girl. I have been divorced for 6 years, like many women I have faced various challenges in life. I come from a humble family where my parents tried hard to get us ahead, I am the youngest of 9 siblings, I grew up and grew up in Bogotá, I have very happy childhood moments but there are situations in life that mark you; one was the loss of my parents when I was young and another was my divorce, but there were still more good times than bad. She started working in 1987 as a management secretary for a Real Estate Agency, from there I went to Seguros Bolivar and in 1992 I came to Medellín, Colombia to work at Aseguradora Solidaria, a company to which I owe a lot. ANITA RODRÍGUEZ The most painful thing for me as a mother was not being able to accompany my daughter or be as present in all that process as I would have liked, because I had to work and take care of that job that allowed me to pay all the medical expenses, surgeries and treatments, in that then I was working with the public sector. My work was linked to international cooperation projects, helping thousands of people, but ironically I could not afford to accompany my daughter as I wanted because the job did not allow me, I remember that the whole family had to help me with her because I was a Mom absent because of my work, that marked me deeply, it was then when my daughter turned 18 that I decided that I would never lose what was most valuable to me, my family; I asked God so much to allow me to find a project where she could develop me without having to sacrifice my family and to generate good income to be able to fulfill all those relegated dreams. VALESKA WILLIAMS ARE YOU A TEACHER AT WHICH HIGH SCHOOL?

I am a teacher at the Narciso Tondreau Lyceum, since 2020, we are the consequence of the merger of three establishments, this new school expands the educational offer, from preschool education, 1st cycle basic, 2nd cycle, basic, High School and Education Special from pre-basic to Labor Workshop, which implies great challenges. My teaching performance implies being in charge of the 7th and 8th special combined course where all students have an intellectual condition or within the autism spectrum and the Inclusive Theater Workshop where students from 2nd basic cycle to high school attend, without restrictions of no type, that's why it's inclusive.

The challenges at the educational community level is to get to know each other and value the experiences of all the actors and that is where the inclusive theater workshop can become an emotional and expressive bridge between all levels, in this regard in 2020 we are already developing radio plays in a pandemic and we included high school students, which was a new and very pleasant experience for us.

I lead a team of teachers who work, create and enjoy the process and achievements of the students, it would be interesting to include secondary and pre-basic teachers to this team and generate new proposals based on dramatic play and inclusion.

Two events occurred, I received an email inviting me to apply and on the same day a student from the Inclusive Theater from the early years wrote to me who participated in a documentary that the Australian filmmaker Trudy Latour gave us and tells me that she is qualifying as a differential teacher with honors, that being part of the Inclusive Theater changed her life and that meeting me was her inspiration, therefore she is the one who motivates this application.

The truth is that I am enjoying this recognition and I value the possibility of making educational work visible, equity and inclusion, showing that the Performing Arts should be part of the formation of each and every student. Winning for me is not a goal, I am a teacher and I will always privilege the process over the product, I already feel like a winner.
