CINEMASINS My ongoing obsession is CinemaSins, thanks to my best friend who showed me the channel when we were kids. CinemaSins is a YouTube channel that reviews films and television shows and points out what is wrong with them. The format of their content is taking a film like “The Breakfast Club” or “The Avengers” and going through the entire film to point out plot holes, poor production points, and poor acting choices. These critiques will all contribute to

the final sin counter. However, sometimes if something in the film or show is extremely well done, the team will take a sin or two off of the counter, giving the film the proper credit. There are many videos and special editions that will interest anyone checking out the channel. The CinemaSins team, spearheaded by Chris Atkinson and Jeremy Scott, also puts some of the content in a podcast format. In the podcast, they are joined by Barrett Share from CinemaSins’ Music Video

Sins. They bring on some guests to discuss, analyze, and ridicule the world of entertainment. Apart from just examining specific movies and shows, the CinemaSins team will also discuss important issues going on in the entertainment industry. All in all, CinemaSins is great for when you are looking to get some insight into why a piece of work is successful or heavily criticized, or if you are just looking for some passing entertainment. - RILEY RUNNELLS
