INDUSTRY FOCUSED, CAREER READY
A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT TO LEARN We care about your future and pride ourselves on providing a safe and stimulating environment for you to learn. We are graded Outstanding by Ofsted for the excellent support, development and care we provide to our students. You will have a course tutor who will guide you through your course and will always be willing to listen if you have a problem. However, we understand that sometimes it can be easier talking to someone outside of your curriculum area. So in addition, we offer a range of support to all students through Student Services, the Student Health and Wellbeing Service and the Learning Skills Centre (LSC).
Student Services Reaseheath’s Student Services team is available to offer advice and support with such things as: • Accommodation and residential matters • Financial support • Transport • Medical issues • Security
We pride ourselves on providing a safe and stimulating environment for you to learn
Student Health and Wellbeing Service Our Student Health and Wellbeing Service is available to all students who may be experiencing difficulties. Whatever the problem may be, our team of expert wellbeing advisors, sexual health advisors and nurses are here to help or refer you to the relevant services.
Looked After Children (LAC) We have a designated member of staff who can help facilitate a smooth transition into college for looked after children and care leavers. This support continues throughout their college experience.
College Counselling Service The College Counselling Service can help support you with more complex issues on a regular basis. If you do need support, referrals are made through the Student Health and Wellbeing Service. We also have a College Chaplain, an on-site prayer room and reflective space available for use. If you have any specific issues you would like to discuss in confidence prior to starting college, you can contact our wellbeing advisors or the College Chaplain on 01270 613197.
