SATURDAY: 8:30 a.m. Indoor Cycling
Endurance Ride (Moderate): This is great for working your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Indoor Cycling (Strong): This group cycling class provides a simulated ride on flat roads, rough hills or races against others. Those who participate find it to be an incredible cardiovascular workout that is available year-round. The benefits of cycling can be both physical and mental. Once you experience this invigorating workout, you’ll be hooked!
