The Design a Leatherman Competition was first introduced to New Zealand in 2018. It challenges school-age New Zealanders to imagine, create and think outside the box by offering the chance to design a Leatherman multi-tool featuring all the necessary gadgets to successfully navigate the rigours of childhood. We were overwhelmed by the number of participants throughout the country who entered the competition and the high standard of the designs for multi-tools they submitted.
