To carry out all negotiations with the vendor and/or developer, on behalf of, and as instructed by, the client. To advise the client on the implications of every clause of the contract, and to draw up the final legal contract document. To carry out all the necessary searches (LEGAL SEARCH) on the proposed property, to ensure that there are no charges on the property, or any other potential issues which the client should be aware of. To advise the client on, and then carry out on their behalf, all the necessary legal payments required. To be personally present with, and to advise the client, during the signing and exchanging of the final contracts at the Notary. To assist and obtain the Golden VISA residency card (if it is the case). We are also happy to help with queries about income tax, inheritance tax, or opening a bank account, or making a Spanish will – or even help with buying a car in Spain... Finally, we work as a package, on a fixed fee, so that our clients can be sure of the sum they will need to budget for with no hidden surprises at the end.

Assistance et obtention du VISA GOLD, carte de résidence (si le cas s’y applique) Nous sommes heureux d’assister à toute requêtes complémentaires que se soit au sujet de l’impôt foncier, taxes d’héritage, l’ouverture d’un compte bancaire, rédaction d’un testament espagnole ou même, l’aide à l’achat d’un véhicule… Finalement, nos services sont offerts en format de forfait à prix fixes.
