Sanitätsrucksack und Notarztrucksack beim terrestrischen Einsatz – gibt es Standards? Rescue bags for first responders and mountain emergency physicians – are there standards? S U M M A RY This article reflects a survey about contents of rescue bags for first responders and mountain emergency physicians. It was done by a questionnaire among the member organizations of the medical commission of ICAR-CISA. The aim was to find out, if there are standards in medical equipment used in mountain rescue teams. We found a great conformity following the international standards of prehospital care. However, there were differences in monitoring equipment and drugs, either according to national regulations or training and tactics of rescue operations. We discuss the problems of terrestric mountain rescue in order to bring useful equipment to the site of an accident and to reduce space and weight of this equipment. We summarized the results in a table. This is only a suggestion. It is of great importance, that every rescuer is trained in the use of all devices. Any emergency physician should only use those drugs he used to handle. Contents and drugs must be regularly checked. Keywords: Medical-Emergency-Bag, Ground Mountain Rescue, Mountain Rescue Service
Z U S A M M E N FA S S U N G Dieser Artikel reflektiert das Ergebnis einer Umfrage über die Inhalte von Einsatzrucksäcken und Notarztrucksäcken unter den Mitgliedsorganisationen der Medizinischen Kommission der IKAR. Das Ziel dieser Untersuchung war, ob es Standards in der medizinischen Notfallausrüstung der verschiedenen Bergrettungsdienste gibt. Wir fanden eine große Übereinstimmung entsprechend den internationalen Standards prähospitaler Notfallmedizin. Allerdings gibt es erhebliche Unterschiede infolge unterschiedlicher gesetzlicher Bestimmungen in den einzelnen Mitgliedsländern und unterschiedlicher Einsatzstrategien und Ausbildungsgrade.
