I am drawing this to your attention as there have been many calls recently to clarify who is responsible for notifying the association of transfer of ownership but also, whom is responsible for paying the transfer fee. Also note that when animals are sold and crossing the border, both associations are involved in the transfer of the animal therefore a fee is involved with both associations.
