here is something magical every year when the first snowflakes gently dance from the sky to blanket Sunriver in its winter white. Locals and tourists celebrate when they learn the worldclass Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort has opened for the winter season. Cross-countr y skiers, fat-tire bikers, snowshoers, sledders and snowmobilers enjoy winter wonderland adventures at their favorite Sno-Park. Enjoy winter recreation in Central Oregon, while staying in Sunriver.

Sno-Parks
no-Parks are a winter wonderland with miles of snow-covered trails to enjoy your favorite winter sport. There are several Sno-Parks near Sunriver. • Edison Sno-Park is the closest, just off Road #45. • Between Bend and Mt. Bachelor on Road #46, you’ll find the Virginia Meissner, Swampy Lakes, Vista Butte and Dutchman Sno-Parks. Wanoga Sno-Park on this same road offers sledding, tubing and groomed trails for fat-tire biking. • South of Sunriver, there are several more SnoParks, including Ten-Mile on the road to Paulina Lake, Junction Sno-Park on Highway 58 near Crescent Lake and Walt Haring near Chemult. Visit 4 Seasons Recreational Outfitters, Sunriver Sports or Village Bike & Ski for winter recreational equipment. Rent snowmobiles at Good 2 Go, Central Oregon Adventures and Adventure Motor Sports. A recreational pass is required at all Sno-Parks.
