Young Achievers Callum Nugent (Year 12 ) was awarded an Applied Learning Award in the area of Hospitality.

Alex Di Medio (Year 9) represented Victoria in the 2010 Track and Field team.

Alex Holden (Year 12) passed his Australian Airforce Cadets’ Sargeants Course with Distinctions.

Jonathon Dent (Year 8) competed in the Australian Cycling Championships, representing Victoria in the Under 15 age group.

Ryan Taranto (Year 6) was selected for the Under 13 Victorian Baseball team

Jackson Southby (Year 10) came 1st in the Open Men’s 15km ride in the 2010 Nemesis Australian Mountain Bike Championship.

Liam Bisognin (Year 7) was selected to play for the Moorabbin Saints Junior Football League U/13’s (A Team) Jack Jopling (Year 12) was selected for Australian Business Week held at Deakin University. Jack received the Merit Prize in the Senior Division in the 2010 PWC Australian Business Studies Competition.

Ben Stott (Year 12, left) and James Butler (Year 10, below left) competed in the UNSW Programming Competition in Term 3, their team scoring a Distinction.

Jack McGraw (Year 8) was selected for the Victorian U/14 Baseball team which toured America.

Jack Taylor (Year 10) was selected in the Victorian Under 16 Indoor Cricket Team and competed in the National Championships in Adelaide in July. Dean Krelle (Year 8) was also selected to represent Victorian in the Under 14 Indoor Cricket Team.

Hayden McKertish (Year 10) competed in the State Final of “Class Clown”, a competition for aspiring ‘stand-up’ comics.

Billy Gray (Year 8) was selected as a member of the Victorian Secondary Schools’ Sports Association Under 15 Boys Touch Football team. Jack Hanley (Year 9) finished Runner Up in the MSJFL Under 15 Best and Fairest with 23 votes.

Ryan Ellis (Year 12) was accepted into the Royal Australian Air Force to begin pilot training in 2011.
