SENIORS IN MOTION SIM Memberships
Annual memberships can be purchased at the Senior Center courtesy desk. For Flower Mound residents, memberships are $10 per year. For non-residents, memberships are $20 per year. Non-members may also purchase a day pass to the Flower Mound Senior Center, for $1 for residents and $2 for non-residents.
Lunch Program
The Town of Flower Mound Seniors In Motion program offers lunch for seniors 50 and older. Metroport Meals on Wheels will be providing and serving the food from local restaurants on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lunch begins at noon and is $4 per person. The Seniors In Motion program serves staff-prepared lunches each Friday for $3 per person. For more information, please call 972-874-6110.

OLLI at UNT
OLLI provides lifelong learning programs that foster intellectual stimulation and social engagement through an extensive array of classroom and experiential learning opportunities designed specifically for adults 50 years or better. OLLI at UNT offers courses on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. taught by university professors that cover topics such as politics, art, history, music, science, and more! In addition to these seminars, OLLI members can attend additional seminars at seven locations throughout Denton County, and attend special lectures as well as local trips around the Metroplex. Summer Kick-Off Party
Kick off the summer fun with Seniors In Motion. Join SIM friends for live music and dancing with SIM favorite Rhonda Medina and a summer barbecue! Friday, May 27 at 11 a.m. $4 per person
Elite Chef Competition
SIMA and Seniors In Motion invites you to this unique culinary experience! Four local, professional chefs will compete by demonstrating and preparing their best dishes. Audience members will sample each dish and vote for their favorite. The chef with the most votes will be crowned the Elite Chef. Ticket price includes appetizers, four tasting dishes, and beverages. All proceeds will benefit the SIM program. Thursday, June 23 at 6 p.m. $25 per person
Independence Day Hot Dog Social
Get the Independence Day celebration started early at the annual SIM party. Enjoy a patriotic tribute and live dance music. Then, enjoy a lunch of all-beef hot dogs cooked on the grill. Thursday, June 30 at 11 a.m. $4 per person 24
