what happens to your pet during their visit here, with some added behind the scenes insight: On arrival at the practice, there is a friendly and welcoming reception area and if I am lucky enough I may be offered treats on arrival - if I am not in for an operation that day. There are separate dog and cat waiting areas, which 40
help pets feel safe from harm. Before I am admitted, I will be weighed in reception, and then taken into one of the four consulting rooms for a preop check. I am then taken behind the scenes to the prep room where my leg is clipped and an IV catheter placed. If I require any blood tests this is also taken and the tests
