The Anacapa Is Here To Serve You GRILLED PEACH BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients: • 1 cup milk • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon • 2 large eggs • 4 cups (½-inch) cubed French bread (about two, 1-ounce, slices) • Cooking spray • 2 cups grilled peaches, chopped • 1 cup raspberries • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar • 4 tablespoons caramel sauce • Powdered sugar Method: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 4 ingredients and grilled peach chunks in a small bowl, and stir with a whisk. Place ½ cup bread cubes into each of 4 (8-ounce) cups coated with cooking spray. Spoon 2 tablespoons milk mixture over each serving, Sprinkle each serving with 1½ teaspoons granulated sugar. Repeat procedure with remaining bread and milk mixture, sugar and raspberries. Chill 30 minutes. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until done. Spoon 1 tablespoon caramel sauce over each serving. Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar and a scoop of ice cream.
