YAYOI KUSAMA erhält im Gropius Bau die erste umfassende Retrospektive ihres Schaffens in Deutschland. Zu ihren Werken zählen Gemälde, akkumulative Skulpturen und immersive Erlebnisräume. Die Ausstellung zeichnet auf knapp 3000 m² zentrale Schaffensperioden aus über 70 Jahren nach und umfasst eine Reihe aktueller Arbeiten, darunter auch einen neuen Infinity Mirror Room.
At Gropius Bau YAYOI KUSAMA receives the first comprehensive retrospective of her work in Germany. Paintings, accumulative sculptures and immersive environments are part of her artwork. Presented across almost 3000 m², the exhibition will offer an overview of the key periods in her oeuvre, which spans more than 70 years, and feature a number of current works as well as a newly realised Infinity Mirror Room.
