Keeping Your Family’s Mental Health Intact DURING QUARANTINE Over the span of the past couple of months the world has witnessed a viral pandemic outbreak taking over thus forcing everyone to take shelter at home in order to flatten the curve of its spread and most importantly protect public health- the physical side of it – however, what seems to be impacting the masses is the mental and emotional side of the equation. Being quarantined for more than a couple of weeks seems to have taken a toll on people’s lives with the uncertainty that the future holds and the freedom factor jeopardized; facing facts sooner and being able to cope with the current situation at hand is what we all ought to strive for. This is why as an initiative from us at Ladybird to start a positive ripple effect we have decided to dedicate this piece to mothersour heroines and saviors during any crisis- out there responsible for full families and aid them in keeping their family’s mental health intact during these turbulent times.
