These tray bakes derive from my home of Northern Ireland and are very popular in local bakeries and among those with a sweet tooth in general. They are present at almost any celebration and are a true taste of my childhood. The concept is 15 of each ingredient which gives them the name Fifteens. I love the simplicity of making them & the sweetness of eating them. You can add glacé cherries if you wish, removing the white chocolate. I personally prefer having small white chocolate chunks through these little gems.

Ingredients — 15 digestive biscuits — 15 pink & white marshmallows — 15 small blocks of white chocolate — 200ml sweetened condensed milk — 80g desiccated coconut
