wall where you could paint, draw... and I love painting and drawing!!! In general it was a beautiful experience. To my mind, these experiences should be more frequent to guide young people with their professional careers. If this experience has helped me to know that I would like to study in the future. Why wouldn't it help you, too? More experiences like that, please.
An Annual Careers Fair in Pontevedra

The students of second year of ESO went to EDUGAL last October 2021. This fair is organized yearly by the Council of Pontevedra and Aempe (Asociación de empresarios da pequena e mediana empresa de Pontevedra). There we all learnt about the opportunities we may find for both employment and future studies. I was one of them. I have always wanted to be a good teacher, but I wasn't sure if I would be a teacher. Surprisingly, going to EDUGAL has helped me to get on track and know what I would like to study in the future. Among these degrees I would choose Spanish Philology, English Language and Literature… Why did I decide that I would like to study these degrees? Well, because apart from liking them, I have also been informed about these options thanks to EDUGAL. This looks like an ad or a sponsorship but no, this is for real! When we entered the stands area we were warmly welcomed. Our teacher let us look around the place and explore the stands. These were varied. There were stands from Vigo's or Cambridge Universities, while others were from some of the technical colleges located in Pontevedra and Vigo. At each stand they gave us some freebies and a leaflet about them. Well, I have to say that my classmates took too many free gifts like little notebooks, pens or pencils. They looked really motivated! In return, they told us about their vocational courses offer, degrees or other studies. I became very interested in the stand by Cambridge. Last week most students of 1st and 2nd E.S.O went to the theatre in Campolongo to see a Robin Hood play. Robin Hood is a popular legend of a hero who steals from the rich to give it to the poor. Months before we had read the novel and we did a class project. Finally last Wednesday 4th of May, three actors performed the play to all of us and we had a great time. The story was set in modern times and it was a free adaptation of the original work. Some of my classmates volunteered to get on the stage and they made us all enjoy it even more. My favourite part was when they represented the archery scene. It was great and the people were hilarious. Definitely, a day to remember in our hearts.
