From the Perlas program, women with a job based on determination, training and action make dreams come true. A Pearl is instructed to begin in the recognition of her identity, so that each woman manages to identify her true individual motivations, from the plurality of her roles. How does a woman join the program? A woman can join the Perlas program once she becomes an HND Independent Consultant and makes the decision to be an entrepreneur and to direct her efforts to the fulfillment of goals that are set so that she recognizes her abilities and her possibilities in the different roles that has in your day to day. Thanks to the training, the Pearl women are income generators in their homes, they are present mothers and successful entrepreneurs of HND.
