Students on work placement

At Bloomingville we have had many students from VIA Design in a work placement. Our design interns get their designs put into production, which is very rewarding for their portfolio. It is a win-win situation to have students in a work placement. We get extra resources and new energy, and we can offer valuable practical experience. At the same time, the students gain an understanding of how cooperation between departments works, and we always experience that our trainees “grow” a lot during their work placement period. We prepare them well for their future career. We have currently employed seven of our former interns - first in student jobs and later in newly created full-time jobs. We are very satisfied with the cooperation with VIA Design, and we recommend to other organisations to hire students in a work placement. Betina Stampe Creative Director Bloomingville
