We are delighted that you are considering the Prince Henry’s and South Worcestershire SCITT as your training provider for the journey to QTS and Masters Credits. In this prospectus we aim to provide a flavour of our ethos and opportunities within the SCITT partnership and the high quality training we provide. Choosing the right route into teaching is one of the most important decisions you will need to make and we are in a position to offer outstanding training for those considering a career in teaching. Our SCITT course provides an inclusive, challenging yet enjoyable and academic experience, which aims to give the best possible preparation for entry into the teaching profession as an Early Career Teacher. We are incredibly proud of all we have to offer you, from our culture of excellence and high expectations, and the outcome of our Ofsted Inspection in 2019. Year after year, we have achieved a 100% completion rate of our trainees, which is above the National average. We believe that we have a fantastic School Centred Initial Teacher Programme, fully endorsed by Ofsted in 2019. I am confident that you will find our SCITT to be a welcoming, friendly and inclusive environment in which to complete you Initial Teacher Training.
