The third-gen- Standard Window 30-Rd eration PMAG further expands the 30-Rd GEN M3 strength, reliability, and versatility GEN M3 of the original PMAG. Along with all variants of the AR-15/M16/M4, the GEN M3 is fully 40-Rd compatible with the HK® 416 and MR556A1, M27 IAR, GEN M3 British SA-80, and even the FN® SCAR™ MK 16/16S. It’s molded from a new polymer formula that delivers distinctly greater resistance to crushing and all forms of impact, with extra reinforcement in the mag catch and feed lip areas. A new-design four-way anti-tilt follower ensures even smoother feeding, even when contaminated by dust or grit. Pop-off dust cover, included, helps minimize debris intrusion and prevent damage during storage. The removable floorplate is both stronger and slimmer for easier side-by-side carry in tight mag pouches. A pen dot matrix on each side allows consistent ID marking that resists handling wear. PMAG 30 is available with plain, solid sides or a clear polymer window on each side that lets you see the load status at a glance. Windows are made from an all-new, advanced clear polymer formula that offers even more resistance to chemicals and impact than the original MagLevel PMAG. PMAG 40 has solid sides. Departing from the previous PMAG 20 standard, the GEN M3 features a curved body with the same constant-curve geometry of the 30 round model. Rugged, Dependable 30-Rd Magazine Compatible With A Wide Range Of AR-Type Weapon Platforms Lightweight molded polymer magazine combines features of Magpul’s popular PMAG® with exterior dimensions engineered to meet NATO STANAG 4179 compatibility requirements. The EMAG (Export MAGazine) is fully compatible with all AR-15/M16 variants, HK 416, FN SCAR, SA-80, Beretta ARX-160, IMI Tavor, and other .223/5.56mm weapons that use AR-type mags. The crush-resistant, one-piece body of fiberglass-reinforced molded polymer has a slim, unribbed exterior that ensures it’ll fit in magazine pouches and couplers designed for USGI M16 magazines. The EMAG has the same sealed, constant-curve body and self-lubricating anti-tilt follower as the PMAG, and even accepts the PMAG Ranger Floorplate (available separately). A MagLevel window on the left side with numeric indicators (5, 15, and 25 rounds) molded into the body and a bright orange marker on the spring provide instant visual feedback on ammo status. Stainless steel spring is coated with a tough MIL-DTL-13924D black oxide finish. Quickrelease, snap-on cover protects the top round, seals out dirt, and prevent mag lip stretching during storage with mag fully loaded. Cover also serves as a floorplate removal tool and a gauge for checking feed lip gap.
