Set in bushland in Perth’s foothills, the Helena Valley Lifestyle Village is a gated community only 20km from Perth, ideal for people looking to simplify their life with a tree change without moving too far away. Located south west of Greenmount Hill, Helena Valley Lifestyle Village is just 5km from Midland city and shopping centres. Built in four stages the $6 million clubhouse has now been completed. Smith Constructions completed Stage 2 in August 2017, with Stages 3 and 4 combined - which included the clubhouse facilities - commencing in July 2019 and being completed in May 2020. The project was designed by Richard Hammond Architects, who produced the master planning for the village together with design of the homes and design, documentation and contract administration for the community facilities, including the clubhouse. Works kept watertight The third stage, with the upper floor being constructed above existing facilities including a café/lounge area and kitchen, and a library, took place in the middle of winter. This created a significant risk of leaks to the ground floor.
