Mulpha Australia, owner and operators of Bimbadgen Wines in the Hunter Valley, has expanded its hospitality portfolio with the purchase of popular Italian restaurant Ioesco in Sanctuary Cove with plans for new events and exclusive food and wine experiences in 2022. Restauranteurs Max and Amanda Alfieri founded Ioesco in 2008, and will stay on as managers. “It has been a labour of love and a privilege to serve Sanctuary Cove locals and the greater Gold Coast community,” said Max. “Ioseco is a traditional Italian family restaurant serving my original recipes, cooked with passion and the freshest ingredients. That is a tradition that will continue, with the support of Mulpha and the Bimbadgen wine team.”
