Life-Changing Decisions When Troy first entered the real estate scene in 2003, he admits it took a while for him to feel inspired and motivated. “When I started, I wasn’t all in, wasn’t really committed,” says Troy, “but in 2006 my wife became pregnant and that was my catalyst for
change. If I wanted to support a family, I needed to apply my all or nothing to the job. I decided to apply my all.” With his attention focused, Troy quickly learned what was required to succeed in the real estate industry. “I started hustling harder, became hungrier, more disciplined and improved my delivery. Within six months my volume of sales and listings lifted, everything became stronger.”
Specialist Knowledge Troy then turned his focus to the southern beaches, an area in which he lives – and loves. “I always think you should sell property in an area you love. Living in Currumbin, it made sense to me to start there as I was already a part of the fabric of that community,” says Troy.
