Honey Sriracha Cauliflower
1 head cauliflower 1-2 Tbsp. sriracha ¼ cup honey ½ Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil ½ tsp. coarse kosher salt
Directions 1. Preheat oven to 425° F/218° C. Place the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a baking sheet for transferring to oven. 2. Core cauliflower and cut off florets. 3. Combine florets with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Seal and shake until coated. 4. Spread florets out on the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim. 5. Bake 15–20 minutes or until tender and have started to brown.
