Site is surrounded by a variety of functions and thus, could experience a large footfall (of a rich demographics) on nonmatch days as well. 3. Site has a great transit accessibility as well. The only issue if that of parking (for private vehicles). 4. The volume and heights of the building in context are comparable to that of Wankhede Stadium.
