What Sets A Brand Apart?
yler and Shawna Field both grew up in service-oriented families with parents that chose careers as a high school teacher and coach, nurse, and minister. Tyler previously worked in the insurance industry, and Shawna had experience as a registered dietitian for long-term care facilities. In planning their careers, they were both seeking positions in which they could serve their community at a much deeper level. Assisting their communities was an important aspect of their childhood upbringing, and they wanted to raise their four children by instilling those same values. In most communities there are opportunities to care for patients and their families. The Fields felt they not only had the desire to provide for residents, but also wanted to help create jobs locally. It is the very thing that drove them to open their franchise – Assisting Hands Home Care.
