A SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE MIGHT KILL YOU WITH CANCER, STUDY SAYS It was found that patients who sit for long and don’t move about much had a 52 percent risk of dying from cancer compared to people who are active and don’t live a sedentary lifestyle. You have to exercise regularly to stay active and get over the sedentary living. If you begin to stretch your working hours every day, it would make you obese and you might end up falling sick with several diseases in your body. A group of scientists from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston said that living a sedentary life is risky and they conducted their study by collecting data of 8,002 adults aged 45 years and older.
