DAVID HAMPTON, CHIEF EXECUTIVE DAVID HAMPTON has a strong understanding of the insurance and finance industry, having held senior leadership positions in a number of well-respected companies in Australia, Asia and the Middle East. His all-Australian team knows the ins and outs of Australian insurance compliance requirements and how to build a technology system that reflects what companies want and what they need. Hampton first came across BAIS over eight years ago when he engaged the company to
undertake a $5m project. “What impressed me was their significant skill set, ability to keep promises, and the very approachable, collaborative manner in which the project was delivered,” he says. Hampton is keen to ensure all current and future clients have the same experience of working with BAIS as he did, especially with the pace of change pushing insurance organisations to innovate faster than many had planned. When not helping clients, Hampton enjoys challenging himself on the golf course.
