the Flex Insurance website provides significant material and information, ready to assist brokers. Have you introduced any new products recently? In October 2019, the brand and its Residential Strata Insurance product were revamped and significantly enhanced. Applying broker feedback, we moved from a budget to a much more flexible product. Further enhancements were made in February 2021, again through broker feedback. Is there an agency achievement you’re most proud of? We were a finalist for the Best Digital Strategy – Underwriting Agency award at the 2020 Insurance Business Awards. Flex Insurance
