Acai Bowl RECIPE KIM McCOSKER – Author of ‘4 Ingredients’ cookbooks
SERVES 2 Ingredients: • 2 bananas frozen (300g) • 100g pack Acai Energy (I used Amazonia) • 1 cup (120g) frozen raspberries • ¼ cup (60ml) almond milk (or milk of choice)
In a high-powered blender, place all the ingredients. Blend until nice and smooth (you may need to push the ingredients down onto the blades a couple of times). Scrape this mixture across two pretty bowls and decorate with whatever fresh fruit you have in your fridge. Enjoy immediately. Optional: Sprinkle with delicious granola and a selection of nutritious, protein-packed toppings.
