Family Ties breed represents a different cow family. Each family has their strong suits and when brought back to the operation, or the Shorthorn breed in our case, we go together to make the best breed possible. With no other breed can you be on your way to Texas and have a truck break down and be able to make a phone call to some close friends who volunteer to go out of your way to pick up your trailer and store it for you. Other than the very unfortunate truck breakdowns, the only thing these stories have in common is the friends who you consider family being there to help you in a time of need.
