Mourad Benharzallah, Professor, I work at the University Center of Ali Kafi in Tindouf - Algeria, I was awarded a Ph.D. from the University of Biskra-Algeria for research on the role of GRH in change management through Organizational culture. My research interests: Development of HR, Change management, Organizational Culture, and Everything related to the study of organizations. and society, I am chief editor of Human Sciences Journal of University Center of Ali Kafi.
