Alta gastronomía a pie de calle. Rita se reinventa y evoluciona trabajando solo con cocina de leña y con parrilla de tres metros de carbón cubano. Haute cuisine at street level. Rita reinvents herself and evolves working only with a wood-burning stove and a three-meter grill made of Cuban charcoal. Customers will feel very comfortable at her spacious tables with tablecloths and on her large furnished terrace from a seafood nursery, a maturation chamber for national meat and another, for fish.
