A current student at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Federico II University of Naples, De Pascale is a daughter of the family business and works in the Calpierre family company founded in the 1960s by her grandfather Ciro De Pascale. Federica De Pascale è il nuovo Presidente dei Giovani Imprenditori di Assocalzaturifici, l’Associazione che rappresenta a livello nazionale le imprese a carattere industriale che operano nel settore della produzione delle calzature. Napoletana, classe 1999, subentra ad Elisa Lanciotti e resterà in carica per il quadriennio 2023-2027. Studi in corso presso la facoltà di Economia e Commercio dell’Università Federico II di Napoli, De Pascale è figlia d’arte e lavora nell’azienda di famiglia Calpierre fondata negli anni sessanta dal nonno Ciro De Pascale. Formazione, inclusione e coinvolgimento, trasversalità con le differenti associazioni di categoria sono gli asset su cui si snoda il programma della neoeletta presidente. “È indispensabile investire sulla formazione dei giovani, attenzionarli sulle politiche di sviluppo, aumentare le competenze sia in campo manageriale che in campo comunicativo oltre che tecnico e tecnologico – spiega De Pascale -. Allo stesso tempo, ritengo fondamentale instaurare un confronto continuo e costante dei Giovani Imprenditori. Per farlo è necessario creare sinergia con tutti i segmenti produttivi legati alla moda e con le associazioni in particolare con il Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori di Confindustria Moda”. Ad affiancare la neo presidente ci saranno i quattro vicepresidenti: Eleonora De Lucia del Calzaturificio Marciano (CE), Gianluca Tomat di Lotto Sport Italia (TV), Matteo Piervincenzi del Calzaturificio LE.PI. (MC) e Thomas Schlecht di Parabiago Collezioni (MI).
