IFMSA-Québec

IFMSA-Québec is the international division of the medical student federation. It represents medical students from Québec towards the International Federation of Medical Student’s Association (IFMSA). Our mission is to raise awareness amongst our members and to get them involved and concerned about the different social causes, cultural struggles and different present global health topics. With our campaigns, our international program of exchanges and our official positions, IFMSA-Québec is dedicated to improve the health care, here and abroad. IFMSA is an international non-governmental organisation who serves as an umbrella group for all medical student associations across the world, representing nearly one million medical students in more than a hundred countries. The organization is recognized by a large number of international instances such as the World Medical Association (WMA), World Health Organization (WHO) and the United Nations (UN).
