Mash one medium ripe banana and spread it over a piece of toast. Try topping it with pepitas, honey, or s ea salt. Banana Chips. Preheat your oven to 225º F. Peel and cut one medium ripe banana into 1/8” slices. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with coconut oil. Bake for 90 mins. Remove baking sheet from oven, flip banana slices, and place baking sheet back in the oven for another 60 mins. Cool the banana chips for at least an hour.
