You can chose between six 9-hole and four 18-hole courses. Seven of them are within a half hour range from the airport, so you can easily play at a new course every day during your stay here. Chose a hotel in downtown Stavanger or close to the beach, and use it as a hub for your stay, and explore the courses in your own pace. You can also head for the mountains and play golf at the mountain resort of Sirdal or at the Preikestolen basecamp area.

DAY 1

Arrive and play After your arrival in Stavanger Airport, pick up a rental car and head for the first course. Sola Golfklubb is on the other side of the runway, so you can be ready for your first swing of the club in no time. You can choose to stay at the adjacent and historic Sola Strand Hotel, dating back to 1914. Here you can take a drink in garden or the cozy bar after your game, and enjoy dinner in the preserved interior of the restaurant from the cruise vessel Montroyal. Afterwards take a stroll at the beach and see the sun sink into the sea
