Olhar de Cinema - Curitiba IFF

During 9 festival days, the Olhar de Cinema – Curitiba International Film Festival offers a wide and a good quality selection of independent films from around the world which have an innovative and committed character. With sense of urgency, this event was created to fill a gap in the Paranaense and Brazilian landscape of cinema. Making no requirement of Premieres, the festival’s goal is to promote reflection about cinema and develop different point of views by highlighting short and feature films that are not common in Brazilian theaters. Comprising several cultural expressions, the festival seeks a selection of films that communicate with each other. Our intention is that the mix of new talents, veterans directors, prestigious guests and the audience present becomes the soul of the festival.
