the control of corruption. The results also probe that with greater openness and by providing access to the public through e-governance, countries can control corruption. E-governance removes many of the barriers for the public to receive government service. In removing personal contact in the provision of services, which is used to receive bribes, it paves the way for the establishment of an ethical and accountable government.
