here’s a new healthy food option in Sioux Falls! Nautical Bowls, in the Empire Plaza development on 41st Street in front of the Empire Mall, serves superfood bowls and offers a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Owner Lexus Paulson was born and raised in Sioux Falls and has always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle. She lives in Minneapolis, which is where she was introduced to Nautical Bowls. After frequenting the store a few times a week, she realized it was a concept Sioux Falls needed, so she decided to bring the franchise back to her hometown. “It was always a reprieve for me to go to Nautical Bowls over my lunch,” Lexus said. “It’s so bright and fun and just lets people take a break.” The grand opening, held on April 23, offered free superfood bowls to the first 50 customers.
