Being part of Active Living Week in November 2021 was a great honour. As well as leading the classes, it was brilliant to get the chance to meet and interact with so many guests and members of all ages and nationalities, to support, motivate and contribute to their personal fitness ambitions. Four Seasons Fairways and its on-site facilities, plus the temperate climate of the Algarve combine to provide the perfect year-round spot for the Active Living initiative.
Foi para mim uma enorme honra participar em 2021 na Semana Vida Ativa. Além de conduzir as sessões, foi fantástico ter a oportunidade de conhecer e interagir com tantos hóspedes e membros de tantas nacionalidades e idades, apoiando-os e motivando-os, contribuindo assim para as suas ambições pessoais de fitness. Combinados com o clima temperado do Algarve, o Four Seasons Fairways e respetivas instalações são o lugar ideal para a realização, durante todo o ano, da iniciativa Vida Ativa.
