TAKE YOURSELF FOR GRANTED T ’ N … DO
self-care for men! Ok, Gentlemen, listen up! We know life gets busy and it’s easy to forget to take time for yourself, so we want to encourage you to do just that. We are always talking about women and all they have to juggle, but we are not forgetting our fellas! We don’t take you for granted so please don’t take yourself for granted. Here are a few suggestions on male self-care from WebMd: Find a doctor. On behalf of all the women in your life, “Just do it!” Do some research, talk to your friends, and find a doctor with whom you’re comfortable. Form a bond and a relationship with your physician, see them regularly, and do what they say.
Vary your exercise. Your body can get too comfortable and complacent when you always do the same workout so mix it up a bit … have an ageappropriate variety of aerobics, muscle training, and stretching.

Are you paying attention to signs of depression or bipolar symptoms (which are easily and often overlooked in men)? If you have a family history of mental illness, suicide, and/or substance abuse, you should talk to your doctor.
