Servings: 2 Ingredients: 2 slices of whole wheat bread 2 tablespoons 1/3 less fat cream cheese 2 tomato slices (homegrown fresh Beefsteak tomatoes are the best) 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions: 1. Use a drinking glass and flip upside down to make circles out of bread. 2. Put in oven or toaster oven to toast lightly until golden brown. 3. Spread cream cheese on toast, place tomato slice on top of that, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
