Instructions: 1. Peel, core, and slice apples. 2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and half-and-half. 3. Place sliced apples in pie crust. Pour liquid mixture over apple slices to fill pie crust. Sprinkle cinnamon and ginger on top. 4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes.
