Serves: 2 Ingredients: 2 slices whole wheat bread 1 ripe avocado 1/2 lime 1/8 teaspoon coarse salt 1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Toast bread to desired crispness. Split open avocado and remove pit. Scoop out 1/2 of avocado on each piece of toast and smash it with a fork. Squeeze lime juice on each piece of toast and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
